The old-fashioned daylilies are from my grandparent's house in the country where I lived growing up. These flowers are so hardy and can survive and thrive almost anywhere. I transplanted these several years ago and I plan to transplant them again if we build our forever home. I love having them in the front yard. I see them when we enter the driveway and pull into the garage. They are such a simple and beautiful reminder of my childhood home.
They are so pretty! How special that you transplanted them from your grandparents house. I love that Michele! What a precious memory!
